1994 : Acquistion of the company, Etablissements Jean Guérin, Rue La Fayette, in Paris in the diamond quarter. He works in diamond cutting. Guy Ellia creates his first piece of Haute Joaillerie for the Place Vendôme

1999 : Founding of the brand, Guy Ellia, and installation of its offices on Rue de la Paix, Paris
