The Italian Sea Group, one of the world’s biggest conglomerate groups in yacht bulding and the Franck Muller Group, one of Switzerland’s leading manufacturers in Haute Horlogerie, reputed for its mechanisms and avant-gardist design announce today that they have signed a partnership agreement to build a new concept of yachts. The aim is to produce luxury yachts of a level never seen before.
The workshop Franck Muller within the outstanding Italian Sea Group shipyard, a new area dedicated to the manufacturing of the new yachts has seen the world very recently. It is more than just building a yacht, it is a true experience of “yacht-making” where two worldwide famous brands come together to share their respective skills and know-how to design outstanding and unique artworks.
The two worldwide brands are both recognised as pioneers in their respective fields and share the same resolute passion for the technique and excellence. The two brands are bringing together all their experience and craftsmanship, working on a new and innovative concept of a business boat.
The first yacht will be delivered in September 2015, during the Monaco Yacht Show.

The Franck Muller Yachting Collection
The Master of Complications unveils its new timepiece dedicated to its exclusive new partnership with the Italian Sea Group: a tribute to craftsmanship and seafaring world.
Inspired by the dynamic Vanguard collection, the Yachting Collection developps a new creative vision of time with its nautical details. Recalling the distinctive curves of the Franck Muller Yacht, the Yachting watch features all the seafaring details: from the deep blue of the case along with the fresh white of the strap and the wind rose adorning the dial everything reminds us of the world of marine.
The case of the Yachting watch is truly the demonstration of the slender and refined curves of the Franck Muller Yacht produced with the Italian Sea Group. The drawing of the yacht adorning the case of the watch, beautifully highlights the perfect harmony between these two artworks. The high-legibility dial which features the distinct Vanguard numerals perfectly complements the audacious design of the dial.
Sporting an automatic movement, the line is available in titanium, red gold and stainless steel and is further seen in two variants – classic and chronograph. This timepiece is the ideal sports watch for the owners of a Franck Muller Yacht as they both share the same resolute elegance, unique curves and technical features.
Each watch comes with a cordura and rubber strap with white or blue stitches. The Franck Muller Yachting Collection has been released on March 27th at Marina di Carrara in Italy where a dedicated shipyard as well as a watch gallery devoted to the latest Franck Muller creations are already setted up.
