JEANRICHARD partner of Les Oscars du Rugby
The watchmaking brand reasserts its close links with a sport that shares the same values and philosophy of life. All the prizewinners received a JEANRICHARD Terrascope watch.
Team spirit, fair play, the desire to take on new challenges and to go one step better each time, the world of rugby and the world of JEANRICHARD have much in common. That is why the Swiss brand has chosen to be particularly active in this field, by supporting exceptional clubs and creating its own “team” of ambassadors consisting of extraordinary players. On 18 November 2014, JEANRICHARD confirmed its passion for this sport by becoming the official partner of Les Oscars du Rugby. The ceremony, which took place in Paris, in the prestigious setting of the Pavillon Gabriel, a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées, brought together almost 300 leading figures, including several rugby legends. It rewarded exceptional sportspeople, including the best French player, the best coach, the best European player, the best world player and – for the first time – the best French female player. JEANRICHARD offered the winners a watch from its iconic Terrascope line, the ally of adventurers tackling all roads and pitches of the world.
“We are proud to share this benchmark evening with all rugby enthusiasts”, said a delighted Bruno Grande, Managing Director of JEANRICHARD. We are proud to reward these everyday heroes who embody our philosophy of life so well”.
To reinforce its partnership with the world of rugby, the brand has also extended the “JEANRICHARD team” by welcoming a new ambassador on board, François Trinh-Duc, the Montpellier fly-half.
