The watch\u2019s bi-directional rotating bezel means measurement can start at any time.<\/p>\n<p>The Oris Royal Flying Doctor Service Limited Edition II is based on Oris\u2019s legendary Big Crown collection. A pilot\u2019s watch should be reliable and easy to read, hence the new watch\u2019s oversized 45mm stainless steel case, black dial and clear Super LumiNova\u00ae numerals and hands.<\/p>\n<p>The pulsometer scale is in a contrasting deep orange, not only a colour the eye picks up quickly, but also a reference to the earth in Australia\u2019s Outback where much of the Royal Flying Doctor Service\u2019s work takes place. The watch\u2019s bi rotating bezel can also be used as a timer or a second time zone.<\/p>\n<p>The watch has a number of touches to reflect the close relationship between Oris and the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The organisation\u2019s logo appears on the dial ring at 12 o\u2019clock and is also embossed on the case back.
