If the time indicated by the central hands is the correct time in the city whose name is positioned at 12 o\u2019clock, then the local time in the other capitals can reliably be deduced from their position.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>A new interpretation<\/strong><br \/>The Tambour World Time Runway combines the elegance of the world time function with the sporty vibe of this one-of-a-kind Tambour. Its dial is crafted in house by virtuoso dial-makers. Housed in a 46 mm-diameter case allying two materials and two colours \u2013 pink gold and black PVD-coated stainless steel \u2013 this dial adopts a new architecture and new style codes and is crafted in house by virtuoso dial-makers. Its apparent depth is made possible by a city disc formed of sapphire crystal. The disc projects the initials of each of the 24 cities, as if they were suspended above the hours.<\/p>\n<p>Echoing the international aviation aesthetic seen on airport runways around the world, the foregrounded colours are black, white and yellow.
