In 2020, the Michel Herbelin French Watchmaking Studio brought in an interchangeable new strap with cylindrical links to enhance its iconic Antarès design. Having been launched in steel with yellow gold PVD, it is now available in steel, giving this profoundly feminine and charmingly versatile watch a modern look.

MIXING IT UP

Resolutely contemporary, this new interchangeable strap prides itself on the ‘cuff’ effect created through the use of tubular steel links. Draping around the wrist, it can be detached from the case with a simple click. This smart system ensures the piece is practical, allowing a finely crafted new leather strap to be attached in its place. The glittering silver option transforms it into an exceptional party piece.

THE PERFECT BLEND

Following the simple and structured lines of the stainless steel case (19.1 x 32.35 cm), these new straps enhance the dynamic quality of the Antarès watch. Illuminating the silvered ‘Clous de Paris’ guilloché dial embellished with four pyramidal hour markers at 6 o’clock and 12 o’clock, they ensure this classically elegant design remains current.

Powered by a Swiss-made quartz movement, a true mark of quality and precision, the Antarès was designed, engineered, assembled, adjusted and inspected at the Michel Herbelin studios in Franche- Comté. Made in France, it is a testament to the traditional craft of watchmaking, honed over nearly 75 years.
