Bulgari and LISA, the fascinating artist revealed by the BLACKPINK, have jointly created the BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION. Crafted in steel and rose gold with a BVLGARI BVLGARI engraved bezel and a dial lit up by diamonds.

LISA IS BVLGARI BVLGARI

Born in 1975, BVLGARI ROMA became BVLGARI BVLGARI in 1977. The 14

letters stamped on the bezel, like the emperor’s name on ancient Roman coins, recall the intensely Italian style of Bulgari, the “Roman Jeweller of Time”. Pro- pelling a brand name to the status of a strong design element in a watch was a revolution at the time and remains a powerful statement. Displaying a name thus asserted with complete freedom calls for daring! The alliance between Bulgari and LISA was a self-evident choice. The artist also composes her own codes that are incredibly in tune with the times. The “Unexpected Wonders” campaign has made LISA the face of BVLGARI BVLGARI.

The strength of a star

LISA personally chose and designed her rendering of her favourite flower, the edelweiss: a very Swiss Alpine star and a nod to the country that she cherishes and   where   the   Bulgari   watch   Manufacture   is   located. At the heart of the petals, the singer has drawn her own initial, an “L” recalling her involvement in this project. This sketch is engraved on the back of the BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION, alongside the words “Fabri- qué en Suisse” (French for “Made in Switzerland”). This beautiful and unique personalization appears on the box as well, accompanied by LISA’s signature.

While the letters BVLGARI BVLGARI are exuberantly displayed on the rose gold bezel, the dial is resolutely minimalist, Its pure and idyllic colour – green, blue, perhaps tinged with purple? – was invented by Bulgari specifically for LISA. A shade that subtly shifts with the light on the dial’s finely sunray pattern and as surprising as LISA herself. Twelve diamonds mark the hours on this dreamy face, swept over by two rose gold hands. The equally precious rose gold crown is topped by a cabochon-cut rubellite, one of Bulgari’s aesthetic signatures.

Manufactured by Bulgari in Switzerland, the birthplace of watchmaking, BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION is secured to the wrist with a subtly polished and satin-finished steel bracelet. Powered by a quartz movement, the BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION is issued in limited series of 700 for the 33 mm-diameter version and 300 for the 23 mm-diameter iteration.
